Cylinder heads produced at SBA follow the raw casting process: a non-mechanical manufacturing process that allows us to create high-performance and suitable heads, in line with the dimensional criteria suggested by the manufacturer of the piece.

We know how difficult it can be to find spare parts compatible with vintage cars and motorcycles: that’s why we reproduce different types of vehicle components such as cylinder heads, cylinders, oil sumps, and crankcases.

At first, we work on a prototype of the cylinder head through reverse engineering and rapid prototyping processes. This will allow us to carry out an initial rebuilding of any worn parts, and also to check the functionality and aesthetics of the cylinder head to be made.
