Crankcases produced at SBA follow the raw casting process: a non-mechanical manufacturing process that allows our technicians to create mechanical components, hollow and intricate in shape.

To ensure the effective quality of the pieces we produce, we prototype the components through reverse engineering and rapid prototyping processes.

The use of these two technologies allows us to verify any dimensional or geometric defect beforehand, and to check the suitability of the piece before proceeding with the casting.
