To rebuild the cylinder heads that can be found in vintage motorcycles or cars, operators of auto repair shops can rely on the expertise of our technical staff.

The cylinder heads we manufacture at SBA follow the raw casting process -a non-mechanical manufacturing process that allows our technicians to reproduce a considerable variety of cylinder heads, different in shape and size, that can hardly be reproduced by mechanical machining.

At first, we create a prototype of the cylinder head through reverse engineering and rapid prototyping processes. This allows our technicians to notice and work on any worn parts, and verify the functionality and aesthetics of the head to be made beforehand.

After checking the workability of the design, depending on the characteristics of the vehicle in which the cylinder head will be installed, we proceed with the reproduction of the spare part, by raw casting of aluminum or aluminum alloys.
