At SBA we produce cylinders, cylinder heads, oil sumps, crankcases, and other spare parts for private customers keen on vintage cars and motorcycles.

Cylinders designed for vintage cars and motorcycles, as well as other spare parts designed by SBA, are manufactured through raw casting of aluminum and aluminum alloys, and rapid prototyping.

Before machining the spare part, we take care of digitally reproducing the component from the original 3D mathematics of the piece. This allows us to craft replicas that respect the authentic conformation of the worn cylinder and reconstruct it accurately.
